Project consists of core and shell and seismic upgrades to an existing two story, Type IIIB construction, cast-in-place concrete and tilt-up concrete construction building

This project provides 3,500 square feet of commercial retail space with drive-through window, 49 residential apartments, and 60-off street parking spaces.  Construction has begun with occupancy expected in early 2018.

New Construction of Multiple offices and retail spaces in Happy Valley, Oregon totaling over 6,000 square feet.  Project involved teamwork with designer and general contractor to rectify design issues and recommended changes due to performance of products.
